Sam and Monique’s October wedding at Villanelle was the kind of day that reminds me exactly why I love what I do. From the moment we met, they were incredibly warm, grateful, and just genuinely lovely to be around—and on their wedding day, it was impossible not to notice how deeply they cared for one another. The whole celebration felt joyful and relaxed, full of infectious laughter.
For the flowers, we leaned into the richness of the season with locally sourced fall blooms in every color we could get our hands on—dahlias, delphinium, celosia, and dramatic strands of hanging amaranthus. The result felt lush, a little wild, and perfectly at home in a warm, welcoming space at Villanelle. Together, the flowers, the space, and this very sweet couple made for one unforgettable October evening.
