On a hot July day, Katie & Sam tied the knot at one of Chicago's most beautiful and historic venues, Cafe Brauer.
Katie, an interior designer with an eye for design, was all about a saturated palette in primary colors. We celebrated the best of what summer has to offer, with mixed bouquets of red anemone, blue delphinium, and orange and yellow ranunculus. We built two stately flower towers to frame the sweetheart table, and brightened guests' tables with a mix of low and tall arrangements.
But perhaps the best part of this day? Getting to sample Katie's nana's cookies, which she bakes as party favors for every single family wedding. Now that's a good grandma!
